Tiziana Knox, BA, B.Ed, OCT
Founder and Educator
Tiziana Knox is a certified OCT high school teacher and guidance counsellor, and is qualified to run Personality Dimensions Assessments™ and Life Skills Coaching. For over ten years, she has designed and delivered workshops and coaching to help students and adults meet their academic and career goals. Her vast knowledge of post-secondary education in Ontario (both for Canadian and international students) has made her the ideal expert in helping high school students design and plan their futures.
A true motivator and leader, having trained with Dale Carnegie’s Effective Communications and Human Relations program, she has coordinated employment services for newcomers to Canada, and motivated youth in high needs areas to continue high school and achieve economic self-reliance.
Her favourite pastimes are reading, people watching, and having long talks over coffee about Shakespeare and the human condition. Her favourite book is Robert Fulghum’s “All I Really Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten”. A true life-long learner, Tiziana has recently begun to learn French.
Christopher Buffett, BA, MA, B.Ed, OCT
Co-Founder and Educator
Christopher Buffett is a certified OCT elementary teacher, with Special Education and ESL qualifications. He holds a Masters in English, is certified in Training and Development, and has a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certification.
Christopher has extensive teaching and training experience, having delivered workshops and programs to a wide variety of individuals and organizations. His expertise is in facilitating awareness and application of communication and interpersonal skills for success in school, at work, and at home.
Christopher is keenly interested in all kinds of subjects, including literature, science, business, and especially learning about what contributes to people’s success in life. A lover of research, one of Christopher’s favourite books is Malcolm Gladwell’s David and Goliath, a book about individuals who achieved their potential despite the apparent obstacles and adversity they faced.
